Strategic Priorities

• Advocate on behalf of adult learners, adult education staff and Adult Education Officers.

• Collaborate with other relevant stakeholders to prioritise, research and analyse key issues and trends in adult education, training and learning.
• Draw on National, European and International expertise and research findings to inform development of AEOA Position Papers on key issues and themes.

• Pro-actively influence adult education and skills policy at Local, National and European levels, through collaboration with the IVEA.
