Strategic Priorities

• Build the capacity of members and the capability of the VEC adult education and skills sector through improved communication structures & activities, self-managed learning opportunities and relevant professional development events.
  
  
• Support AEOs to provide the leadership and direction necessary for effective integrated planning, delivery and review across local VEC Adult Education Services.
  
  
• Support AEOs to play a strategic role in the design and delivery of local learning initiatives and partnerships.
• Encourage members to engage with structures and systems that facilitate sharing and dissemination of National, European and International best practice, as it relates to adult education, training and skills.
